একটু পর তারএক বন্ধু তার কাছে এলো এবং পেপসি টা খেয়ে ফেললো. তারপর সে বল্টুকে বললো,<br />
কিরে সালা এতো উদাস কেনতুই ???<br />
......আজ ভাগ্য টাই খারাপরে দোস্ত ..GFএর সাথে সকালে Break up হলো...<br />
এরপর রাস্তায় গাড়ি টা নষ্ট হয়ে যাওয়াতে অফিসে যেতে let হয় তাই boss আমাকে চাকরি থেকে আউট করে দেয়.<br />
এরপর মনের দুঃখে আত্ত হত্যা করারজন্য পেপসিতে বিষ মিশালাম, তাও আবার তুই এসে খেয়ে ফেললি!! ‪<br />

 প্রথম বন্ধু: আমার দাদাদৌড়ে চ্যাম্পিয়ন ছিলেন। তির ছুড়ে দিলে সেটার আগে লক্ষ্যে পৌঁছে যেতেন।<br />
দ্বিতীয় বন্ধু: আমার দাদা আরও বড় দৌড়বিদ। গুলির পাশাপাশি ছুটতে পারতেন তিনি।<br />
তৃতীয় বন্ধু: আর আমার দাদা সরকারি চাকরি করতেন। অফিস ছুটি হতো পাঁচটায়, তিনি তিনটার সময়ই বাসায় চলে আসতেন রোজ।<br />

এক তরুণ সাইকেল চড়ে যাচ্ছিল। হঠাৎ তার সাইকেলের চেইন টা ছিঁড়ে গেল। কী করবে ভাবছে। এমন সময় তার বন্ধু গাড়ি চালিয়ে সেখানে উপস্থি হল এবং বিপদগ্রস্ত বন্ধুকে সাইকেলে চড়তে বলে সাই দড়ি দিয়ে গাড়ির পিছনের দিককার বাম্পারের সঙ্গে বেঁধে নিল। তারপর আস্তে আস্তে গাড়ি চালাতে ল ইতোমধ্যে একটি আধুনিকা স্পোর্ট কার চালিয়ে তার গাড়িকে ওভারটেক করে চলে গেল। গাড়ি চালক সবকিছু ভুলে মেয়েটিকে পেছনে ফেলা চেষ্টায় স্পিড বাড়িয়ে দিল।<br />
সাইকেল আরোহী বন্ধু বিপন্ন হয়ে ঘন ঘন বেল দিতে লাগল।<br />
এ অবস্থায় তারা একটি পুলিশ বক্স অতিক্রম করল।<br />
সেই পুলিশ বক্স থেকে একজন পরবর্তী পুলিশ বক্সে ফোন করল, “হাইওয়ে দিয়ে একটি মেয়ে ষাট মাইল স্পিডে একটি স্পোর্টস কার চালিয়ে নিয়ে যাচ্ছে। ওকে ছেড়ে দাও। তার পেছন- পেছন এক ছোকড়া ষাট মাইল স্পিডে এক টয়োটা চালাচ্ছে – ওকেও ছেড়ে দাও।<br />
ওদের পেছনে আরেক ছোকরা ষাট মাইল স্পিডে সাইকেল তো চালাচ্ছেই – তারপরও সাইড দেবার জন্য ঘন ঘন বেল বাজাচ্ছে। ওই ব্যাটাকে ধর।<br />

- রাশিয়ার শ্বেত সাগর বা the White Sea হল শীতলতম সাগর। এর তাপমাত্রা মাইনাস ২ ডিগ্রি সেন্টিগ্রেড। অপরদিকে পৃথিবীর উষ্ণতম সাগর হল পারস্য উপসাগর যার তাপমাত্রা গ্রীষ্মকালে ৩৫ ডিগ্রি সেন্টিগ্রেড ছাড়িয়ে যায়।<br />

-  কখনো উত্তর মেরুতে যাওয়ার দুর্ভাগ্য (কিংবা সৌভাগ্য) যদি আপনার হয়, তবে জেনে রাখুন, সেখানে মাটি খুঁজে পাওয়ার সৌভাগ্য আপনার কোনদিনও হবে না। কারণ পুরোটাই বরফ আচ্ছাদিত সাগর। সেখানে আর্কটিক মহাসাগরে প্রায় ১২ মিলিয়ন বর্গকিলোমিটার জুড়ে শুধুই ভাসমান বরফ, শীতকালে যার তাপমাত্রা মাইনাস ৩৪ ডিগ্রি সেন্টিগ্রেড।<br />

আজ আমি যা নিয়ে আলোচনা করবো তার নাম Acne বা ব্রন। ব্রন একটি অবাঞ্ছিত সমস্যা।যা নিয়ে নারী, পুরুষ উভয়েরই ভাবনার শেষ নেই। সাধারনত ১৩ থেকে ১৯ বয়ষের দিকে এই সমস্যাটি দেখা দেয়। মুখের ত্বক শরীরের অন্যান্য অংশের ত্বকেরচেয়ে ৫গুন বেশি হালকা। আর এই হালক ত্বকের পরিচর্চার জন্য আমরা প্রতিনিয়ত ব্যবহার করছি উন্নতমানের নামকরা সব বিদেশী Face wash , Fairness Cream ইত্যাদি। আর এতকিছুর পরও যদি এই অবাঞ্ছিত রোগটি এসে আমাদের সব সাধনা ধুয়ে মুছে দেয়,তাহলে কেমন লাগে বলুন তো ? বয়:সন্ধিকালে ব্রন হবে এটাই  <a href="https://draft.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a>স্বাভাবিক। তবে ভাবনার কিছু নেই। কারণ ও প্রতিকার জানা থাকলে খুব সহজেই ব্রন থেকে পরিত্রাণ পাওয়া সম্ভব।<br />

<b><u>ব্রণ কি?</u></b><br />
সেবাসিয়াস গ্রন্থি সেবাম নামে একপ্রকার তৈলাক্ত পদার্থ নিঃসরণ করে যা ত্বককে মসৃণ রাখে। কোনো কারণে সেবাসিয়াস গ্রন্থির নালির মুখ বন্ধ হয়ে গেলে সেবাম নিঃসরণের বাধার সৃষ্টি হয় এবং তা ভেতরে জমে ফুলে উঠে যা ব্রণ (acne) নামে পরিচিত। ব্রণ তৈরি হওয়ার পর্যায়ে এর মুখ বন্ধ থাকায় সাদাটে দেখায়। বন্ধ নালির মুখে জমাকৃত কোষগুলি আস্ত আস্তে কালো হয়ে গেলে তাকে কালো ফোঁটা বলে। প্রায়ই ব্রণের চারপাশে প্রদাহ শুরু হয় এবং এর রং লাল দেখায়। এর উপর জীবাণু সংক্রমণ ঘটলে পুঁজ তৈরি হয়। বাইরে থেকে এদের ছোট দেখালেও এরা বেশ গভীর হতে পারে। এজন্য ব্রণে সংক্রমণ সেরে গেলেও মুখে দাগ থেকে যেতে পারে।<br />
<br />
<u><b>কেন হয়?</b></u><br />
ব্রণের সুনির্দিষ্ট কারণ সম্পর্কে বিজ্ঞানীরা নিশ্চিত না হলেও সাধারণত দেখা যায় হজমের গোলমাল, সুরাপান, বয়ঃসন্ধিকালে কিংবা অন্যান্য কারণে অনেকের মুখে ব্রণ হয়।<br />
আবার অনেকেই বিশেষজ্ঞ মনে করেন, ব্রনের অনেকগূলো কারণের ভিতর বংশগত কারণ একটি অন্যতম কারণ। প্রোপাইনি ব্যাকটেরিয়াম একনিস নামক এক ধরনের জীবাণু স্বাভাবিকভাবেই লোমের গোড়াতে থাকে। এন্ড্রোজেন হরমনের প্রভাবে সেবাম-এর নিঃসরণ ( মাথা, মুখ, ইত্যাদি জায়গায় তেলতেলে ভাব ) বেরে যায় এবং লোমের গোড়াতে উপস্থিত জীবাণু সেবাম থেকে ফ্রী ফ্যাটি অ্যাসিড তৈরি করে। অ্যাসিডের কারণে লোমের গোড়ায় প্রদাহের সৃষ্টি হয় এবং লোমের গোড়ায় কেরাটিন জমা হতে থাকে।<br />
<br />
<u><b>ব্রণের প্রকারভেদঃ</b></u><br />
১) ট্রপিক্যাল একনি– অতিরিক্ত গরম এবং বাতাসের আর্দ্রতা বেশি হলে পিঠে, উরুতে ব্রণ হয়ে থাকে।<br />
২) প্রিমিন্সট্রুয়াল একনি– কোনো কোনো মহিলার মাসিকের সাপ্তাহ খানেক আগে ৫-১০টির মতো ব্রণ মুখে দেখা দেয়।<br />
৩) একনি কসমেটিকা– কোনো কোনো প্রসাধনী লাগাতার ব্যবহারে মুখে অল্প পরিমাণে ব্রণ হয়ে থাকে।<br />
৪) একনি ডিটারজিনেকস– মুখ অতিরিক্ত ভাবে সাবান দিয়ে ধুলেও ( দৈনিক ১/২ বারের বেশি ) ব্রণের পরিমাণ বেড়ে যায়।<br />
৫) স্টেরয়েড একনি– স্টেরয়েড ঔষধ সেবনে হঠাৎ করে ব্রণ দেখা দেয়। মুখে স্টেরয়েড, যেমন– বটানোবেট ডার্মোভেট জাতীয় । ঔষুধ একাধারে অনেকদিন ব্যবহারে ব্রণের পরিমান বেড়ে যায় ।<br />

<b><u>ব্রণ থেকে মুক্তির উপায় :</u></b><br />
কিছু নিয়ম অবলম্বন করলেই ব্রণ থেকে রক্ষা পাওয়া সম্ভব। অনেকের ধারণা, কোনো বিশেষ খাবার খেলেই ব্রণ হয়ে থাকে। আসলে এটি ঠিক নয়। কোনো খাবার খেলে যদি ব্রণের সংখ্যা বৃদ্ধি পেতে থাকে তবে সে খাবারটি বাদ দিতে হবে। তবে প্রচুর ফলমূল ও পানি খেতে হবে। মুখে বেশি ব্রণ থাকলে রাসায়নিক কোনো উপাদান বা কসমেটিক ব্যবহার করা ঠিক নয়, যথাসম্ভব প্রাকৃতিক বা হারবাল জিনিস ব্যবহার করা ভালো কারণ এতে কোনো পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া নেই। বেশির ভাগ ব্রণ নিজস্ব পরীক্ষার মাধ্যমে সেরে ফেলা সম্ভব।<br />

<u><b>প্রতিরোধের উপায়ঃ </b></u><br />
প্রতিদিন রাত্রে ঘুমতেযাওয়ার আগে যদি কষ্ট করে একটু সাবান বা ফেসওয়াস দিয়ে মুখ ধুয়ে ফেলতে পারেন আর তার সাথে প্রতিদিন ৫ থেকে ৬ লিটার পানি পান করতে পারেন তাহলে ব্রন নামক এই কুৎসিত রোগটি আপনার ১০০ গজ এর ভিতরে আসতে পারবে না। এটি ১০০% প্রমানিত।<br />
<br />
<b><u> ব্রনের চিকিৎসাঃ</u></b><br />
 - ব্রন বিভিন্ন প্রকারের হতে পারে। ব্রনের চিকিৎসা মূলত ব্রনের প্রকারের উপর নির্ভর করে থাকে। ব্রনের পরিমান বেশি হলে"টেট্রাসাইক্লিন " খেয়ে দেখতে পারেন। এটি ব্রনের জন্য খুব ভালো কাজ করে। তবে এটিকাজ করে আস্তে আস্তে। পুরাপুরি নিরাময় হতে এক মাস লেগে যেতে পারে। পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্র িয়ার কারনে এটি খুব কম ব্যবহারিত হয়ে থাকে।<br />
<br />
- ব্রনের আর একটি খুব খুব খুব ভালো ঔষুধ হলো"Retin-A" এটি খুব দ্রুত কাজ করে। এটি সূর্য্য ডোবার পর ব্রনের গোডায় আলতো ভাবে লাগাতে হবে, এবং সকালে ফেসওয়াস দিয়ে ভালো ভাবে ধুয়ে ফেলতে হবে।এটি ১/২ দিন ব্যবহারেরপর ব্রন ঠিক হয়ে যায়। তবে লালভাব বা এলার্জি দেখাদিলে সাথেসাথে ব্যবহার করা বন্ধকরে দিন।<br />
<br />
- এসপিরিন গুঁড়ো করে পানি দিয়ে পেস্ট তৈরি করুন। তুলার মধ্যে লাগিয়ে এই পেস্ট সরাসরি ব্রণের মধ্যে ১০ মিনিট রাখুন। এর পর উষ্ণ গরম পানি দিয়ে ধুয়ে ফেলুন।<br />
<br />
এসব ঔষুধ একজন বিশেষজ্ঞ ডাক্তারের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী ব্যবহার করাইউত্তম। আমি কোন বিশেষজ্ঞ ডাক্তার নয়। আমি আমার বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থেকেইপোষ্টটি লিখেছি। ভূল থাকলে ক্ষমাশীল দৃষ্টিতে দেখবেন।<br />

<br />
<b><u>নিজেই তৈরী করুর ঘরোয়া ব্রনের ঔষুধঃ </u></b><br />
<b><u>-</u> </b>একটি বরফের ছোট টুকরো পরিষ্কার কাপড়ের মধ্যে নিয়ে এক মিনিটের জন্য ব্রণের মধ্যে রাখুন। এই পদ্ধতি ব্রণের লাল হওয়া ও ফোলাভাব কমাবে।<br />
<br />
- কয়েক ফোঁটা চা-গাছের তেল তুলার মধ্যে লাগিয়ে খুব নরমভাবে ব্রণ ও দাগে লাগান। দেখবেন কয়েক দিনের মধ্যে ব্রণ সেরে উঠেছে। <br />
<br />
- ডিমের সাদা অংশ ব্রণের উপরে লাগান। ২০ মিনিট রেখে ধুয়ে ফেলুন।<br />
<br />
- ত্বকের যেকোনো সংক্রমণ কমাতে টমেটো বিশেষ সাহায্য করে। টমেটো কেটে তার টুকরা বা রস বানিয়ে মুখে মাখুন। কিছুক্ষণ পর পানি দিয়ে ধুয়ে ফেলুন।<br />
<br />
- ভিনেগারও ব্রণের সমস্যায় দারুণ কাজ করে। তুলোয় ভিনেগার লাগিয়ে ব্রণে লাগান। ৫ মিনিট লাগিয়ে ধুয়ে ফেলুন। পুরো মুখে ভিনেগার লাগাবেন না।<br />

- একটি তুলোর টুকরোর মধ্যে লেবুর রস মিশিয়ে ব্রণে লাগান। সারা রাত রাখুন। ব্রন দূর করতে এই পদ্ধতিও বেশ কার্যকর।<br />

- রসুনে রয়েছে এলিসিন ও অ্যান্টি-ব্যাকটেরিয়াল উপাদান। রসুন কেটে পানির সঙ্গে পেস্ট করুন। এরপর ব্রণের মধ্যে পাঁচ মিনিট রেখে মুখ ধুয়ে ফেলুন।<br />
<br />
- ব্রণ দূর করতে মধুও খুব উপকারী। মিষ্টি স্বাদের এই খাবারটি আপনি মাস্কের মতো মুখে লাগাতে পারেন। পাঁচ মিনিট লাগিয়ে রাখুন। এরপর ধুয়ে ফেলুন।<br />
<br />
- মুখে ব্রণ বা অন্য কোনও সমস্যা হলে সরিষা গুড়া নিয়ে তাতে মধু মিশিয়ে লাগান, এতে স্যালিসাইলিক অ্যাসিড রয়েছে যা সংক্রমণকে ধ্বংস করে দেয়।<br />
<br />
- বেশি করে সবুজ চা ফুটিয়ে সেই পানি ঠান্ডা করে তা মুখে ব্রণের উপরে মাখুন।<br />
<br />
-  নিম পাতার প্যাক। এটি মেখে আপনি খুব সহজে ব্রন থেকে পরিত্রান পেতে পারেন। আসুন জেনে নেই কিভাবে এটি তৈরী করা যায়। ৫ থেকে ৭ টি নিমপাতা পরিষ্কার পানি দিয়ে ভালো করে ধুয়ে নিন। এখন নিমপাতাগুলিকে ভালো করে পিষে নিন। এরসাথে এক চামচ পরিমান মূলতানি মাটি ও সামান্য গোলাপ জল মিশিয়ে নিন। ব্যাস। হয়ে গেল নিমপাতার প্যাক। এখন আপনার তৈরীকৃত প্যাকটি মুখে ভালো করে লাগিয়ে নিন।১ ঘন্টা পর সামান্য গরম পানি দিয়ে প্যাকটি তুলে ফেলুন। এভাবে কয়েকদিন ব্যবহার করুন। আশা করি ব্রন থেকে মুক্তি পাবেন।<br />

<br />
<b><u>ব্রণ হলে কী করবেন:</u></b><br />
দিনে দুই-তিনবার হালকা সাবান বা ফেসওয়াশ দিয়ে মুখ ধোবেন।<br />
ব্রণে হাত লাগাবেন না।<br />
তেল ছাড়া অর্থাৎ ওয়াটার বেসড মেকআপ ব্যবহার করবেন।<br />
মাথা খুশকিমুক্ত রাখার চেষ্টা করুন।<br />
পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন থাকুন এবং নিজের জন্য আলাদা তোয়ালে রাখুন।<br />
রাতে ঠিকমতো ঘুমানোর চেষ্টা করুন।<br />
মানসিক চাপ পরিহার করুন।<br />
প্রচুর পরিমাণে ফল, সবজি খান ও প্রচুর পানি পান করুন।<br />
কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য থাকলে তা দূর করতে হবে।<br />
ঝাল-মশলাযুক্ত ও তৈলাক্ত খাবার এড়িয়ে চলতে হবে।<br />
পুষ্টিহীনতায় ভুগলে প্রোটিন ও ভিটামিন সমৃদ্ধ খাবার খেতে হবে।<br />

<b><u>ব্রণ হলে কী করবেন না:</u></b><br />
রোদে বেরুবেন না, রৌদ্র এড়িয়ে চলুন।<br />
তেলযুক্ত ক্রিম বা ফাউন্ডেশন ব্যবহার করবেন না।<br />
ব্রণে হাত লাগাবেন না। ব্রণ খুঁটবেন না।<br />
চুলে এমনভাবে তেল দেবেন না যাতে মুখটাও তেলতেলে হয়ে যায়।<br />
ব্রণ হলে একেবারেই আচার খাবেন না। তবে মিষ্টি চাটনি খেতে পারেন।<br />
বেশি পরিমাণে নিরামিষ খাবার খান। আমিষ খাবার যতটা সম্ভব না খাওয়ার চেষ্টা করুন।<br />
ডেইরি প্রোডাক্টসের মধ্যে হরমোনাল উপাদান বেশি পরিমাণে থাকে বলে তা খুব সহজে রক্তের সঙ্গে মিশে যায়। এ কারণেই পনির, দুধ এবং দই কম খান।<br />
কোল ড্রিঙ্কস খাওয়া একেবারেই বন্ধ করে দিন।<br />
আয়ুর্বেদের মতে অতিরিক্ত ক্রোধের ফলে শরীরে পিত্ত সঞ্চিত হয়। তাই ক্রোধ থেকে নিজেকে বাঁচিয়ে রাখুন।<br />

স্থূলতা শব্দটির সাথে সবাই পরিচিত। নাগরিক জীবনে স্থূলতা বোঝা হয়ে দাড়িয়েছে। এর জন্যবিভিন্ন শারীরিক, মানসিক ও সামাজিক সমস্যা দেখা দেয়। তাই আমরা সকলেই ওজনাধিক্য নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে চাই। <br />

কিন্তু স্থূল মানুষ বার বার খাওয়ায় অভ্যস্ত। তাই তারা চাইলেও ওজন নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে পারেন না। তা হলেকি করা?  বেশি বেশিই খাবেন তবে তা করতে হবে নিয়মমাফিক খেয়ে ও বিশেষ কয়েকটি খাবার খেয়ে।<br />
>> প্রতিবেলায় খাওয়ার ৩০ মিনিট আগে একগ্লাস পানি এবং অন্তত ২০ মিনিট আগে একটি শশা বাআপেল খান। এতে ভারি খাবার কম খাওয়া হবে।<br />
>>খাবার তালিকায় গরু বা খাসির মাংসের বদলে দেশি মুরগী থাকলে সবচেয়ে ভাল। অবেলায় খিদে পেলে শাক-সবজি বাদেশি ফল খাবেন যা আপনার দেহকে সুগঠিত রাখবে।<br />
>>সবজি রান্নার সময় একটু বেশি গোলমরিচআপনার চর্বি কমাতে বেশকার্যকর ভূমিকা রাখবে।<br />

সকাল: ৭:৩০ হালকা গরম পানিতে ১ চামচ মধু এবং ১টুকরো লেবুর রস দিয়ে খান।<br />
৮:৩০ সকালের নাস্তা: রুটি-২টি, সবজি, দুধ চিনি ছাড়া চা বা কফি এক কাপ।rupcare_marriage<br />
১১ টা: গ্রিন টি ১ কাপ, ১ পিস বিস্কুট।<br />
১২ টা: শশা বা গাজরের জুস-১ গ্লাস দুপুরের খাবার: ভাত ১ কাপ, সবজি, মাছ ১টুকরো, সালাদ, ডাল।<br />
বিকেল ৪ টা: কলা, কমলা, আপেল, আম, আমড়া যে কোনো ১টি<br />
৫:৩০ গ্রিন টি-১ কাপ, পাউরুটি ১ পিস অথবা বিস্কুট ২ পিস।<br />
৮:৩০ রাতের খাবার: ভাত ১ কাপ বা রুটি ৩ টি সঙ্গে শাক বা সবজি আর মাছ। আমাদের অনেকেরই অভ্যেসহচ্ছে রাতে খাবার খাওয়ার পরও টিভি দেখতেদেখতে বাড়তি খাবার খেতে পছন্দ করি। তবে ওজন কমাতে চাইলে এই অভ্যেস বাদ দিতে হবে। নিয়মিত এই খাবারের রুটিন মেনে চললে আর সপ্তাহে ৫ দিন ৩০ থেকে৪৫ মিনিট ব্যায়াম করলেআমাদের শরীরের বাড়তি ওজন কমিয়ে ঝরঝরে ফিগারপেতে খুব বেশিদিন অপেক্ষা করতে হবে না।<br />
<br />

 <b><span style="color: red;">আসুন আমরা স্থূলতা নিয়ন্ত্রণে রাখার আরও সহজ কয়েকটি টিপস জেনে নেই...</span></b> </h3>
১. খাবার সময় মজার বা প্রিয় খাবার দেখে উদরপূর্তি করে না খেয়েআধপেট খান/পেট খালি রেখে খান।<br />
 ২. খাবারের সময় চর্বিজাতীয় খাবার বাদ দিয়ে খান।<br />
৩. ক্ষুধা না পেলে কখনইখাবেন না।<br />
৪. বাজি ধরে বা বন্ধুদের সাথে সেলিব্রেট করার সময় খাবার না খেয়ে বরং কোথাও ঘুরে আসুন।<br />
৫. ফাস্টফুড জাতীয় খাবার এড়িয়ে চলুন।<br />
৬. যতটা সম্ভব হাঁটাহাঁটি করুন। যেমন,কাছাকাছি দূরত্বে কোথাও হেঁটে যান, উপরে উঠতে লিফট ব্যবহার না করে সিঁড়িতে চলুন।<br />
৭. স্ন্যাকস হিসেবে ফল খাওয়ার অভ্যাস করুন।<br />
 ৮. কারো আশায় না থেকে নিজের ছোট ছোট কাজগুলোনিজেই করুন। যেমন-এক গ্লাস পানির জন্য কাউকে না বলে নিজেই উঠে গিয়ে নিয়ে নিন।<br />
৯. অনেকেই বলেন, সময়ের অভাবে এক্সারসাইজ করতেপারেন না, তাই যখনই সময়পান ফ্রিহ্যান্ড কিছু এক্সারসাইজ করুন। যেমন-সকালে ঘুম থেকে উঠে বিছানাতে বসেই কিছু ফ্রিহ্যান্ড এক্সারসাইজ করতে পারেন।<br />
১০. সপ্তাহে অন্তত একদিন নিজের ওজন মাপুন। কারণ, ওজন যদি স্বাভাবিক থাকে সেটা নিয়ন্ত্রণে রাখার চেষ্টা করতে হবে।<br />
১১. তাজা ফলমূল ও সবুজ শাকসবজি বেশি করে খাবেন।<br />
১২. অতিরিক্ত লবণ খাওয়াপরিহার করুন।<br />
১৩. উচ্চ শর্করাসমৃদ্ধ খাদ্য, যেমন—চাল, আলু অবশ্যই নিয়ন্ত্রিত মাত্রায় খেতে হবে, আর গম (আটা) খাওয়ার অভ্যাস করতে হবে।<br />
১৪. তিক্ত স্বাদযুক্ত সবজি ও করলা খুবই কার্যকর বাড়তি ওজন কমানোর জন্য।<br />
১৫. আদা, দারচিনি, কালো মরিচ ইত্যাদি প্রতিদিনের খাবারে রাখতে হবে। মসলাজাতীয় খাবার হলো ওজন কমানোর কার্যকর ঘরোয়া পদ্ধতি।<br />
১৬. ঘরোয়া পদ্ধতিতে ওজনকমানোর আরেকটি ভালো উপায় এক চামচ বা ১০০ গ্রাম মধু যা হালকা গরম পানিতে মিশিয়ে এর সঙ্গে এক চামচ লেবুর রস দিয়ে খাওয়া।<br />
১৭. শীতে প্রচুর বাঁধা কপি পাবেন। বাঁধাকপিকেওজন কমানোর আরেকটি কার্যকর উপায় হিসেবে ধরা হয়। বাঁধাকপি মিষ্টি ও শর্করাজাতীয় খাবারকে চর্বিতে রূপান্তর করতে বাধা দেয়। এ জন্য বাঁধাকপি খুবই কার্যকর ভূমিকা রাখে ওজন কমাতে।<br />
১৯. পরিমাণমতো ভাগ করে প্রতিদিন খাবার খাবেন এবং অবশ্যই যেন প্রতিটি ভাগ অল্প পরিমাণে হয়। প্রতিটি ভাগে যে পরিমাণ ভাত থাকবে, তা যেন কোনোভাবেই এক মুঠের বেশি না হয়। নিয়মিতভাবে ছোট ছোট ভাগে (চার-পাঁচ ঘণ্টা অন্তর) খাবার খেলে আপনার খাবার পরিপাক ও রাসায়নিক রূপান্তর বাড়বে, যা দেহে চর্বির জমাট বাঁধায় বাধা দেবে। সঙ্গে অবশ্যই ব্যায়াম চালিয়ে যাবেন আপনার বর্ধিত ওজন কমাতে।<br />

এছাড়া নিয়মিত বেগুন ভেজানো পানি দেখুন ম্যাজিকের মতো কীভাবে আপনার ওজন 
কমে। </h3>
বেগুনের পানিকে 'মিরাক্যল ওয়াটার'ও বলা হয়ে থাকে। শুধু ওজন কমানো 
নয়, এই পানি আপনার এনার্জি লেভেলকেও বুস্ট আপ করবে।বেগুনে আছে অনেক 
পুষ্টিগুণ। পাশাপাশি এর ক্যালোরি কাউন্ট বেশ কম। তাই বেগুন আপনাকে মোটা না 
করেই সুস্বাস্থ্যের অধিকারী করে তুলবে। বেগুনে ফাইবার বেশি থাকায় 
ডায়াবিটিকদের জন্যও বেগুন বেশ ভালো। কনস্টিপেশনের সমস্যা থাকলেও নিয়মিত 
বেগুনের পানি আপনার জন্য অত্যন্ত উপকারী।<br />

জেনে নিন, কীভাবে বানাবেন বেগুনের 
পানি :</h4>
একটা মাঝারি মাপের বেগুন ভালো করে ধুয়ে চাকা চাকা করে কেটে নিন 
(খোসাসুদ্ধ)। একটা কাঁচের জারে বেগুনের টুকরোগুলো পরপর সাজিয়ে রাখুন। এক 
লিটার পানির মধ্যে ঢেলে দিন। একটা মাঝাপি মাপের পাতিলেবু নিংড়ে পুরোটা রস 
এর মধ্যে মিশিয়ে দিন। চামচ দিয়ে ভালো করে মিশিয়ে সারা রাত ফ্রিজে রেখে 
দিন।পরের দিন ব্রেকফাস্ট, লাঞ্চ, ডিনারের আগে এক কাপ করে এই পানি খান। সারা
 দিনে এক কাপ করে এই পানি খাবেন। সপ্তাহ দুয়েকের মধ্যে ফল পাবেন। বেশি 
উপকার পাওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে সবুজে ভরসা না রেখে বেগুনি বেগুনেই বেশি ভরসা 
রাখুন। বেগুনি রঞ্জকটিই ওজন কমাতে বিশেষ উপকারী। </div>
